Welcome to Infrastructure and Standards for CSOs Feb 2026 online course, offered as part of the Civil Society Alliances for Digital Empowerment (CADE) training programme 2025–2026, which strengthens the ability of CSOs – especially in the Global South – to engage effectively in debates and decision-making on the governance of internet infrastructure.

This course focuses on the technical and institutional foundations of the internet’s infrastructure, exploring how networks interconnect, how critical internet resources are managed, how technical standards are developed, and how human rights and sustainability are increasingly embedded in governance practice.
