Welcome to Cybersecurity Policy for CSOs Feb 2026 online course, offered as part of the Civil Society Alliances for Digital Empowerment (CADE) training programme, which strengthens the ability of CSOs – especially in the Global South – to engage effectively in digital policy processes.

This course focuses on cybersecurity as a policy field that links technology, rights, and international cooperation. It is part of CADE’s Technical Knowledge Track and equips participants with the understanding and skills needed to engage constructively in cybersecurity debates, promote accountability, and contribute to secure and inclusive digital governance.
