This course provides an introduction to digital policy concepts as they relate to diplomacy. It covers internet technology and policy by focusing on technology and core infrastructure issues in the context of public policy, interdisciplinary coverage of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impacts in the policy and governance space, and current cybersecurity challenges affecting safety and security in cyberspace.
